Location
In Taman Maju, Seri Iskandar, beside the Ipoh-Lumut highway. Every figure here is a straight-line distance measured from the project site — not a drive time, which is always longer. Viewings are by appointment: WhatsApp us and we will meet you there.
The house
Photographs of the show house on site — not renders. It is bare and unfurnished, so what you see is the house as it is handed over.
Inside
The living and dining area runs the depth of the house under a high ceiling, with glass doors along one side. Every bedroom opens off this one floor, so there is no staircase anywhere in the house.
The kitchen
At the back of the house, as it is handed over: a concrete counter with the sink under the window, half-tiled walls and a door out to the back. The specification lists one kitchen sink.
The car porch
The porch runs 27 feet from the house to the gate on the developer's plan, and the developer's summary says it takes two to three cars. In the show house it is tiled.
