Measured straight-line from the developer's location for the project: Lotus's Station 18 3.1 km, McDonald's Station 18 3.3 km, AEON Mall Station 18 3.3 km and AEON BiG Falim 4.8 km. Those are straight-line distances, not drive times, which are always longer.
