Finished. Phases 2A (1.5-storey) and 2B (2-storey) are completed, and Phase 2C, more 1.5-storey houses, received its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) in August 2026. All three have houses on sale, so you can walk the actual house rather than judge it from a floor plan. Phases 3A and 3B, 51 more 1.5-storey houses, are expected to be completed in December 2028, as the developer's advertisement states.

Yes, in both house types, and it has its own bathroom. In the 1.5-storey that is Bedroom 1 with Bath 1; in the 2-storey it is the guest room with Bath 1. The developer's floor plans are on this site, so you can check it yourself rather than take our word for it.
The 1.5-storey starts at RM438,000 and the 2-storey at RM550,000, both for an intermediate lot. End and corner lots carry a premium, and a corner with extra land runs a good deal higher. Bumiputera buyers get 5% below RM350,000 and 7% above it. Ask us for the figure on the lot you actually want.
