Type A has a third level: the master bedroom has the whole top floor, with a dressing area and its own bathroom, over three bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Type B is double storey, with the master bedroom and two more upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. Both have a maid's room and dry and wet kitchens.

Yes, freehold. The developer's approved advertisement words it “pajakan bebas”; the title of the lot you buy is checked again by the lawyers before you sign.
Yes. The approved advertisement states a restriction in interest: the land can be sold or leased only with the State Authority's written consent. It also notes that some of the lots are charged to a bank; ask us which, and how the charge is released at completion.

Every house has three-phase power and an isolator switch the developer marks for car charging. The charger itself is yours to fit.
Points only. The specification gives six air-conditioner points and five water heater points in Type A, and five and four in Type B. The units are yours to fit.
