Every interior photograph on this site is of that, unstaged and unfurnished, because that is what you are buying.

It is priced from RM290,604, and the honest answer is that the monthly instalment is usually not what stops a first-time buyer. It is the cash at the start and the debt service ratio. The calculator on our homepage works out the instalment, the down payment, both sets of legal fees and the stamp duty together, and the DSR check next to it tells you whether the commitments you already carry will clear. Run those two before you fall in love with a layout, and send us the result if you want us to read it with you.

Nothing in the developer's own material mentions the LPPSA panel either way, and panel status is a specific arrangement rather than something you can read off the price.
